Udalist is for anyone organizing an event who wants guests' memories in one place, without chasing people afterward. It fits weddings, birthdays and anniversaries, parties and celebrations, team-building events, company and commercial events, conferences and offsites, family gatherings, graduations, fundraisers, and other private or professional occasions.
No. Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera and land on an upload page that works well on mobile.
Memories are uploaded via our system and stored in our own secure, encrypted cloud. Each organizer has their own isolated area. We never share data between users.
Upload limits depend on the one-time package you buy for each event. We will publish full details closer to launch.
After generating your QR code, you can download a print-ready image. Print it on table cards, display it on a screen at your venue, or share it digitally via messaging apps.
Absolutely. Udalist uses its own secure, encrypted cloud storage. Each user has a separate, isolated space, and only you can access your event data.
You can start free with one full event included per account. When you need more storage, branding, or extras, you can upgrade per event or talk to us if you run events often. You'll see pricing and currencies before checkout.

Yes. Creating a Udalist account is free, and you can explore the product without any upfront payment.
No. You do not need a credit card during registration. Payment details are only required when you decide to purchase a paid plan.
Udalist charges per event. The Free plan covers the full guest flow with a 2-day upload window and photo ZIP export; Premium extends the window to 7 days and adds video, ZIP downloads that include videos, and invitation design. Start free and upgrade when you're ready, or talk to us for Custom.
